The Adult training program at ESP is a group workout class designed to challenge your physical fitness across many exercise domains.
Each workout includes elements of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility to provide a well-rounded fitness experience.
These sessions are led and supervised by ESP’s certified coaches, who will teach you proper form and help you scale the workout to your individual abilities. Working out with the group will help you push harder through friendly competition and peer accountability.
